Welcome! My name is Laurel Eby and I’m the owner of Constellation Counseling & Supervision. I believe in this journey as a collaborative approach and will work with you to find what we feel is the best fit for you. I plan on supporting you down your path of self-authorship where you will work to trust yourself, reflect to learn from experiences, learn coping skills to manage your current stressors, and become the author of your own life. Services

Consultation

Working as a mental health therapists, we don’t have a guidebook and can feel isolated. We are constantly working off of our education, experiences, instincts, and sometimes feel we are unsure about our next steps. Consultation and support are so important in our field of work be it having someone to bounce ideas off of or having guidance in creating a new business. I can help with all of these needs!

Supervision

I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor and am currently accepting Associates (LMHCAs or LMFTAs) for supervision. My approach to clinical supervision centers collaboration, self-authorship, and a liability focus. This is a field where we are often trying to keep up with theories and techniques in order to best care for our clients.

​I provide a bundle of services that includes fulfilling the required supervision hours, billing services, insurance billing under my contracts, and coaching on setting up your own private practice.

Therapy

Out of respect for wanting to give my full attention and time to my current clients, I am not accepting new clients at this time and do not maintain a waitlist. Association

I'm a co-owner of Coastline Counseling Association, a professional organization dedicated to helping clinicians navigate both the clinical and business aspects of practice. Whether you're just getting started or looking to expand, the Association provides support with business development, billing credentialing, insurance contracting, clinical consultation, and professional networking.

We also offer Supervision of Supervision training for Washington State clinicians who are pursuing or maintaining approved supervisor status. Our program is designed to support completion of Washington's 25-hour experience-in-supervision requirement while helping supervisors strengthen their skills, develop confidence in the supervisory role, and prepare to support the next generation of clinicians.
