I am a Washington approved supervisor and am currently accepting Associates (LMHCAs or LMFTAs) for supervision. I provide a bundle of services that includes fulfilling the required supervision hours, billing and insurance services under my contracts, and coaching on setting up your own private practice.

Starting Out

​Setup & Insurance Contracts

Initially when you contact me I will send you a copy of my agreement for you to look at and decide if you want to move forward to learn more. If that interest you I’ll email you a form to fill out so that I can learn a little bit more about you and make sure that we are on the same page. We can set up a zoom (or potentially in-person if you are in Bellingham, WA) meeting to discuss my model and make sure that we feel it’s a mutual good fit.

You will be provided with a to-do list of tasks in order to create your business starting with brainstorming, business licensing, and setting up your practice’s legal structure. We will work together to get your practice built and will set you up to see clients under my insurance contracts (Aetna, Kaiser, Premera, Molina, Lifewise, and Cigna).

Supervision & Support

​Grow Your Client Base & Get Paid!

I meet with you regularly for supervision either using Zoom or in-person so that you can obtain supervision hours towards licensure, receive support and consultation when needed, and I hope to assist you in truly assessing your skill set and explore your specialty areas. I will connect you with my supervisees so that you can continue to build your network, reach out if you have a client who isn’t a good fit for you to see if anyone else has availability, and have a community of peers who are trying to navigate private practice for the first time as well!

My structure is one where I do not charge per supervision hour, I invoice you for a percentage of your income that you make for using this bundle of services. You do not pay anything up front and are only are invoiced monthly once you have received your counseling income that month. I’m not an employer and I work for you! Since I’m a billing supervisor, while being supervised by me you will be able to bill using my biller and insurance contracts as well as out-of-pocket clients. This will help you to grow a client base quickly and once you are fully licensed you can take your clients and continue practicing with the new practice that you’ve built!
